During these difficult times, we, as Mechanics and the RACV Emergency road side assist providers for the Macedon Ranges, are considered an essential service and will remain open for business. We will vigilantly take extra measures to ensure the safety of our employees and our valued customers, however we will be strictly contact free in all regards.
All normal services will remain unchanged, however, as we are adopting the strict practice of contact free arrangements, we will not be accepting walk in visitors or walk in queries at the workshop. All queries can be made by phone or email.
We have x2 contactless options available to ensure your vehicles still remain on road, especially for those in the Medical industry who still need to be mobile getting to and from work or those in the logistics and delivery sectors.
All invoices can be paid online upon completion of work or over the phone payments , prior to your door drop off or pick up at our workshop, or upon return of courtesy vehicles. We will not be accepting cash at this time.
Our RACV Emergency services remain unchanged, however, with extra precautions taken by our Patrolmen for their safety, including masks and gloves and water free hand wash and distancing at all times.
